Liquid Scrap Dots = Texture!!

Hi ya - it's me Rae signing in from a very hot & humid Darwin, I think the wet season is pretty close!

 Liquid Scrapdots is a huge fav of mine and my opinion it should belong in everyone's basic tool kit  you can find it HERE and I promise you, YOU wont be disappointed :-)

Playing with Epiphany & Helmar

We have team up with Epiphany Crafts and i got to play with these gorgeous products

Shape Studio Accessories Bubble Caps Oval 25

 

Metal Charms Oval 25

 They are so easy to use and the list is endless of what you can create. 

I have a tag to share with you incorporating these gorgeous products and Helmar Adhesives.

 I used Pion Design Papers - Studio of Memories as the base papers and layers and then fussy cut some flowers. The flower centers are pearls adhered with Gemstone Glue.

.

I put the stickers Love You (not to straight mind you lol) on some paper and used the Shape Studio Tool Oval 25 & Shape Studio Accessories Bubble Caps Oval 25 along with some Gemstone Glue to bring to life my 'LOVE YOU' .

To add dimension I used Silicone Adhesive/Sealant this works along the same lines as  Liquid Scrap Dots so if you cant find one of them the other will do the same magic :-)

LOOK - how great is that dimension and solid too - love it !!

Here I made the little butterfly trinket with Shape Studio Tool Oval 25, Shape Studio Tool Oval 25, Metal Charms Oval 25  & Gemstone Glue. 

it adds that special touch don't you think?

I found some creativity or it found me woo hoo....................Colour! Or is it Colour? is the new Nic Howard online class at BPS. These tags are for pre class with class  due to start at the end of October can't wait!!!!!!!!

Dabber Resist

Well it's Sunday late arvo, another week gone................haven't had much scrapp'n time boo hoo, but have managed to do a little playing.

Dabber Resist this is one of the techniques Tim Holtz shares in his new book 'A Compendium of Curiosties' , it is also a technique that we learnt in my online class with Nic.

My tag, which i made as the manilla shipping tag didn't give me the results i wanted from T!m's Victorian Velvet distress ink , a touch of Aged Mahogany around the edges, a touch of     Iridescent Gold glimmer mist over the whole tag, Collections Butterflies, a few pearls and this is my result

Well must a way , the fairy never stopped by to cook our dinner lol
