Manorhouse Creations Party Time flowers did the trick for this little outfit for Miss A

& some cupcakes...........

it's been busy times for me of late with lots going on in preparation for my trip to Autumn Escape in New Zealand in early April & my event here in Darwin - 'Territory Dreaming' starring Finnabair so not much blogging from me I'm sorry! I do have lots of ideas and some creations half done lets hope i can get some time to finish them and post before i leave , well that's the plan  :-)

Where did that 2 months go ??

= Lots of travel! I have been to every state except Victoria & Tassie and I'm so glad to be home for awhile......... I thought i'd catch up on a couple of creations i did awhile ago - they were Chrissie one's but i haven't had time for me  lately :-( I Hope this is about to change, there is so much I want to do, lets hope that my MOJO is right there with me!!

My MOJO for this Christmas Decoration Shadow Box came from a dear friend who came up with the idea of Christmas in DARWIN.

Lots of Helmar, Trinkets & Pion Papers - Waiting for Santa II

 I used these Helmar goodies to pull it together..........Helmar's Vellum Adhesive, 450 Quick Dry, Acid Free - Neutral pH glue, Gemstone Glue, Liquid Scrap Dots

 I used Gemstone Glue to stick the pearls on the Trinket Tree and a mixture of Acid Free - Neutral pH glue & 450 Quick Dry to secure all the other Trinkets and bits & bobs into place under the tree.

 Santa was fussy cut and laid on-top of the Santa underneath using liquid scrap dots to give him dimension.

 I tend to be a little heavy handed sometimes so the Vellum Adhesive was just perfect to adhere the intricate Chippy lettering!

& For Manor House Creations I made a Chrissie Tree - a little video demo.

Look what I found in my garden!

I have been gardening OK playing.

I started out with Out There Chippy's Wheelbarrow which I painted and sanded here and there to give that antique look. Grabbed the trusty Helmar Acid Free and glued away!

 I filled the wheelbarrow with tulle and popped in an assortment of
  ManorHouse Creations NEW Summer Collection - Frostedwild rose, Country lane-charm, Fantasy moonlight-purple, Wishes-serenity, Wishes-hope, WV-Kyeesha, WV-Taniesha, MHC leaves, Cutie pies-violet, and Christmas-angelic. (they are just like I grew them myself hehehe), securing them into place with Helmar 450 Quick Dry

 a pearl strand here and there

 some Scrappers Floss which I applied Helmar Fabric Stiffener & Draping Fluid, then curled it around a skewer to get a curling effect and popped that in too

and presto a gorgeous center piece for the table!

MHC DT - Mini Paper Bag Album

 I have a love for paper bag mini's, they can be so much, a great gift for someone, or something you can use yourself and fill with all sorts of treasures and special moments, with lots of  spots to journal the list goes on and on............ I have used The Scrap Cake's Spring Awakening Collection by Karola , Manorhouse Creations flowers - Cottage Garden - Bird Song and Rose leaves, lots of Helmar Acid Free & 450 quick Dry, OTC Chippy Words, German Scrap Laces, Ornate Garlands & Filigree Flowers, Muslin, Hat Pin, pearls and ribbon. I love the soft blue vintage feel to it!

Welcome to my Manor House!

 

WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME!! 

My mind has been racing and I mean really racing, since I got the exciting news of joining the Manor House. What an honor for me to be sitting up there, right along side some of the worlds best! Yep little ole me who does her thing up here in the rural area of Darwin, Northern Territory.  I feel like a kid in the candy shop , you know the one that just can't get enough lol

Even though my mind has been racing with so many ideas, I knew exactly what I wanted to do for my intro and of course it had to be a Manor House. A huge thank you goes out to AGB  this Manor House wouldn't have come to life without you xxx

How does one explain their excitement of being selected for DT @ Manor House Creations, with a title of Altered Projects Educator it would = all of these: Goosebumps, tingles, tears of joy, butterflies, ideas going round and round in my head, not a lot of sleep (how can one sleep with all these ideas),  & the list goes on & on........................................

 I sit here trying to type this post and all i can think of is
